boinc-amd-opencl software package provides metapackage for AMD/ATI OpenCL-savvy BOINC client and manager, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install boinc-amd-opencl
boinc-amd-opencl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the boinc-amd-opencl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep boinc-amd-opencl *
